Kemick has 50 years combined experience building custom homes in Florida. Our niche is Quality Built Energy Efficient homes from 2400 sq. ft. to 9000 sq. ft. of living area. We prefer to limit our construction to about 30 homes per year in each of the markets we serve.
Kemick's construction techniques will save our customers up to 75% on their electric bills. The savings can equate to thousands of dollars of reduced electrical consumption over the life of the home. We are building homes that have EPI (energy performance index) scores well below mandated code levels. We can easily provide homes that will score about 50 points out of the maximum allowed of 100 points. That translates into a home that uses about 50% less energy than a home built just to code standards.
Larry Kemick continues to incorporate new products and techniques into the homes we build in an effort to improve the construction and building practices that have rewarded us which our success over the years. When it comes to energy efficient homes he is one of the most recognized builders in the southeast and continues to be recognized time and time again for Outstanding Energy Efficiency as well as exceptional design practices. It is our company goal to offer our buyer features that will not only add value and a quality of lifestyle to their home but also to educate, promote and incorporate product availability with design criteria's that will add health and happiness to their family.
Larry Kemick strives to personally meet with every homeowner that would like to talk to the contractor first hand to find out what they can do to personalize their new home.
